- Record an unpacking video to capture any visible damages, as this will assist us in resolving issues swiftly and efficiently.
Shipping Within India
- Orders in major cities with direct connectivity will be delivered within 2-3 weeks (excluding holidays).
- For smaller towns and remote locations, we allow a grace period of up to 3-4 weeks (excluding holidays).
International Shipping
- Currently, we do not offer direct international shipping through our website.
- If you wish to order from outside India, please email us at atrikala.luxuryhomedecor@gmail.com, and we’ll assist you with the logistics.
In case of unforeseen delays due to factors beyond our control, we will inform you promptly if delivery is expected to take significantly longer than planned.
Shipping Charges
- Domestic Orders: Shipping charges are applicable on all orders.
- Charges vary based on the product’s size, volume, packaging, and destination.
- The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout after providing your shipping address.
Order Processing and Delivery
- All orders are processed and dispatched from our office in Jaipur, India.
- Your package will be delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.
Tracking Your Package
- Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and details of the shipping agency.
- You can track your package on the agency’s website using the tracking number provided.
Non-Availability on Delivery
- Our delivery partners will make up to three attempts to deliver your package.
- Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate, including the correct zip code and mobile number, to facilitate timely delivery.
- If the order is returned to us due to non-availability:
- You can request a refund by informing us via email if you do not wish to have the order resent.
- If you’d like the order re-shipped, additional shipping costs will need to be covered by you.
Damages and Returns

- Record an unpacking video and notify the delivery personnel immediately.
